Can I see the current stock level of the items?

You can easily recognise the availability of an item by the icons displayed in our webshop. As soon as you have logged into the webshop with your access data and called up a desired item, you will see the availability of this item. Total available stock quantities per item are not displayed. However, if you would like to place a bulk order via the webshop, we will be happy to provide you with further information in person in the sales department.

Can I see the exact delivery times for each item?

This is not yet possible. Variable factors such as the stock level, the delivery address or the time of the order influence the delivery time, so that this cannot be specified per item.

Can I view my backorders in the webshop?

Yes, if you are already logged in, you will find the ‘Backorder list’ on the right under the shopping basket. This contains your order number, order date, article number, your own data and the order and backorder quantities.

Where can I find press measurement tables?

If you are already logged in, you will find the current documents in the Downloads / Manuals section.

Are there also data sheets for the products that can be downloaded?

Yes, you can download the data sheets as PDF files in the product overview in the webshop.

What payment options do I have?

CICMP only offers purchase on account as a payment method.

Can I save a shopping basket for later use?

Yes, if you add items to your shopping basket, they will remain there.

Where can I find the instant order?

You can find the instant order function on the left under the item navigation in the webshop.

Where can I store item-related order numbers?

If you have already selected your article, you can use the ‘Own data’ option to save your own article number, packaging unit and even your internal storage location.
